Upgrade to 3.3.52857 - what are these new KBE boot environments?

Upgraded to 3.3.52857 Nd notice the boot menu shows two new environments in addtion to the ones Ive created. KBE_x64_33 and KBE_x32_33. Can someone explain them? Thanks, the release notes have no reference to them

These are the defaults that come with the sever. I usually delete them and use the ones i create.
