User Account Provisioning Software

Does anyone have any ideas regarding any software packages that would allow self serve auto create account provisioning? We want it to integrate with KACE SD to auto create a ticket in particular for new hire provisioning where a workstation could be requested and shared drive information.  We tried using the Process feature of KACE Service Desk but we can't get it quite the way we want.
