VB Express 2008 silent install error
Following the method for installing Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition here results in the following error for me (when logged in as Administrator):
Error 1304.Error writing to file:
Microsoft.VisualStudio.Modeling.Sdk.dll Verify that you
have access to that directory

I took a guess and installed the .NET Framework 2.0 then ran the command-line mentioned in the link above and it worked that time.
