Vista Compatability Assessment Using SMS

Does anyone know if you can leverage your SMS Software inventory database to perform a quick Vista compatibility assessment or do you need to let the Application Compatibility Toolkit go and fetch it's own inventory.

Yeah it's actually almost a rip off of a MS article. I did find this which kinda suggests that you cannot leverage your existing SMS Software inventory.

Yes seems so as it's referring to use ACT in Planning, Evaluation and Migration, and use SMS for deployment. But it doesn't say you can't use SMS for inventory.
You may have to invent the wheel once more [;)]
