VMWare Airwatch Workspace ONE UEM

Anyone worked on VMWare Airwatch Workspace ONE UEM?
If yes, then i wanted to know

1. What happens if you upload a zip file containing script that install/uninstall the package/packages. Does the zip file unzips in a temp location and then executes the script mentioned? 
2. After importing a zip file, why does the version is always 1.0.0.0? Is there a way match that version to the actual version of package?
