We have different queues set up for different departments in Service Desk Tickets. We are having an issue with a report that is pulling people from another quene into report. How do I correct this?

We have different queues set up for different departments in Service Desk Tickets.  We are having an issue with a report that is pulling people from another quene into report.  How do I correct this?

  • Do you know the "Queue ID" of your queues? If not, run this query:
    select NAME, ID from HD_QUEUE - JasonEgg 7 years ago

Just make sure that within the Where statement for your report SQL it defines the Queue ID that is correct for the queue you wish to report on
