What are the general steps you follow in order to virtualize an app? How do you determine the app can be virtualized or not? Thank you for any input.

I've seen similar questions in this forum.
I can say that almost ANY application can be virtualized. There is a whole list of the virtual programs on portableapps: browsers, players, games ...
