What is the best Bitlocker management and auditing tool, and how do I use that with KACE?
Currently we are using DDP/E for Bitlocker management and auditing. We have had the worst luck getting DDP/E to work correctly and our attempts with DELL to resolve them have not been resolved.
Soon our contract will expire so we are looking for the right tool to replace DDPE.
Any assistance the community can provide would be greatly appreciated.

well, DDP/E has a direct plugin with KACE, so you don't need to do anything here, but I understand your painpoints very well.

We went with MBAM from Microsoft. It has worked well for us. The SMA pulls in the Bitlocker information natively, so there's no issue there. We also wrote scripts to enable/disable Bitlocker on systems remotely.

Not an answer, just info. My school is rolling out Trend Endpoint Encryption as the tool to manage bitlocker. I'll report on here at a later date, if I was able to tie it into the SMA.
