You can use this exclusion list and then see what all things can be left out:

PackageCleaner was provided free with the AppDeploy Library. It searched your MSI packages for items that may cause problems if included. With it, you could QA your existing packages or even turn off your exclusion list and let PackageCleaner tell you what these items are, why they should not be included, what may happen if you do and more. Unfortunately it is no longer available ;)
