Supporting Linux

I'd like to start off the Linux discussion forum by talking about which distributions are in use in everyone's environments. In my organization, we are primarily using Ubuntu. I have a few development machines running Fedora and OpenSuSE, but our "official" distro is Ubuntu. We are currently testing the possibility to migrate some light-weight Windows users to Linux by way of Ubuntu terminal servers or Ubuntu installs on laptops/desktops. We are also seriously considering replacing MS Office with OpenOffice (but that's more of an OSS discussion than Linux).
