We help those who have at least attempted to help themselves first.

You are clearly completely unqualified for the job you're doing and are expecting us to walk you through every task you are set. As I told you yesterday, you need to get some basic knowledge of Windows Installer FIRST. I'm with Timmsie: no more free training from me.

You have access to a computer obviously so why can't you use google?

The first hit would give you this page

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa372835%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

exerpt from this page
2732 Directory Manager not initialized. The directory manager is responsible for determining the target and source paths. It is initialized during the costing actions (CostInitialize action, FileCost action, and CostFinalize action). A standard action or custom action made a call to a function requiring the directory manager before the initialization of the directory manager. This action should be sequenced after the costing actions.

This action should be sequenced after the costing actions.
