Hi Viking:
I was just trying to run setupcapture from command line and I succeeded however I wanted to run the whole thing in silent mode so that I should not click on those boxes that do not make any sense while repackaging. I finally got a breakthru in hiding one of the boxes that is SetupCapture methodlogy by putting one etry in WisePSSC.ini file , still trying , if you got any suggestion please post them. Thanks again.

I wouldn't spend too much time on that. The default capture settings work for most applications, but soon enough you'll come across an app that needs to have those settings tweaked to capture properly. If you suppress the prompts you'll probably end up in a situation where a packager won't even think to change them becuase they never appear. They'll end up banging their head against a wall when it really only needed a mouse click or two to get it to capture properly.
