XenAppWeb.msi not opening in wise package studio
Hi friends,
I am not able to open, "XenAppWeb.msi" in wise package studio. I am getting "failed to open document" error. I am able to open all other
msi files.Is there any way to do it?
I tried to download hotfix, as mentioned in below article.

but it is asking username and password, to download from altiris ftp, which username and password we need to give here?

I'm sure there is a hotfix for wise to get around this. The problem is the custom tables that Citrix add to all thier msi's, wise cant handle them

On one of the forum, one poster gave this altiris, ftp id password, to another poster....
Fortunately I saw that.... I downloaded that hotfix for wps 7, and now I can open citrix msi in that....
Userid: epmftp
Password: Altiris123
