Tried the administrative install. Trying to launch the .msi file yields error "This installation cannot be run by directly launching the MSI package. You must run setup.exe". Using ORCA, Setting ISSETUPDRIVEN to 1 in the Properties table lets run install, but it only installs iTunes, but not it's Quicktime dependancy.
itunessetup.exe /? will give you the command line options for the installer. I used itunessetup /V /a to do an administrative installation, which extracted the msi file for use with Active Directory
