It comes packaged with ask.com toolbar by default. You can get the clean install easily enough: start the installer and it will extract to the current user's temp folder in "ir_ext_temp_0," in which you'll find Wizard\WZSetup.exe. Copy out the executable and cancel the installation. You can go a step further by running WZSetup, which extracts to %temp%\{A47748FD... Grab Avery Wizard 4.0.msi from there.
Or, if you have 7zip or another archiving utility, just extract these files manually.
