Although this is an InstallShield 6 setup, creating and using an answer file (-r / -s) is not supported in that the input for the serialization dialog is not captured in the ISS answer file. When performing an installation using the answer file, this dialog is still displayed (though the rest of the installation is otherwise silent.)
