1) Copied Contents of CD or Download to a Network Share.
a) Extract the downloaded version with an unzip util. I used WinRAR
b) Also, with regards to the contents on the CD-ROM. You only need the directory that says Clients. This holds the Linux & Windows version of the client PSQL install.
2) Customize your (pervasive tool kit) ptksetup.ini file. If you want to use the tool kit to install against other packages, customize your components and configurations, do this now. With this piece you will have to run a -r against the Setup.exe to define your .iss (answer file).
Note: You don't have to do it this way. I'm just documenting what worked for me. To avoid any permissions issues at the server (AD, GPO, Etc.) I created a folder in the C:\ called it C:\ADMIMG
3) After you have defined your .ini file, and created your C:\FOLDER (now run /a against your Setup.exe file)
4) You'll see that it says 'Server Image'. Where it say's Network Share H:\ change to c:\FOLDER
a) Answer the wizard by clicking on next, next, finish.
5) Now, copy the C:\FOLDER to your server share. \\Server\Share\Folder\Pervasive.SQL Client.msi and define your job with your MSI switches such as /qn
