Had an issue with the lower right hand Status bar not showing in my SAP71 GUI package. Searched for hours and finally found it to come up all the time instead of hidden.
Hope it helps someone!

Terminal Services
after successful installation don't forget to configure a system wide environment variable "LP_CMD". It's value is

%PROGRAMFILES%\sap\frontend\sapgui\saplpd\saplpd -f&F -c&C -P&P

please note that all saplpd entries MUST NOT be uppercase. Do NOT install saplpd as a service or printing won't work flawlessly.

If you don't use the LPD_CMD env. variable, saplpd won't stop after the user has printed which is not want you want in a TS environment.

Note
I have found a way to install the EXE created with the NWSAPSetupAdmin tool without having to call NwSAPSetup.exe.

The command line is:

PackageName.exe /silent /ExtCmd="Silent"

Then I created a blank WSI package with Wise Package Studio and copy the PackageName.exe to:

C:\Windows\Installer.

I added the following custom action within the WSI under MSI Script, Execute Defffered and under Create Shortcuts:

if
NOT Installed
Execute Progam from Installed Files
Executable File: PackageName.exe
Command Line Arguments: /silent /ExtCmd="Silent"
End

I also created a Wise Script Express EXE to remove PackageName.exe from C:\Windows\Installer after the installation has finished.

Then I compiled the WSI to an MSI and the installation worked flawlessly and the PackageName.exe was removed from C:\Windows\Installer.
