This is how I deploy UltraVNC. 1 Install ultra vnc on your technician computer.
2 Set the password and any other settings you need.
3 Copy the UltraVNC folder from your technician computer to the remote computer. "C:\Program Files\UltraVNC"
4 Run this command on the remote computer "C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\winvnc.exe" -install
5 Restart the remote computer and you should be able to connect.
