Can't see IE windows while connecting through UltraVNC
If I'm connected to another user's PC through UltraVNC I can't mouse over their IE "E" icon in the taskbar to see what tabs they have opened so I can choose one and bring up the browser window. This also happens in Office 2013 and I think older versions as well...If I click the options ball I wont see the menu that pops up. So my question is, is there a way I can still connect and see these menus, or no?

Windows Vista/7 Display Driver Model is not properly supported by mirror drivers technology. Therefore, while a mirror driver is active, Windows disables Desktop Window Manager and Windows Aero. Mirror driver is used in remote desktop software such as LogMeIn, UltraVNC, TightVNC and Radmin.
If that feature of Windows is critical, you might look into using an alternative viewer that supports Aero properly such as Microsoft Remote Assistance (MSRA.exe) or Bomgar. I'm sure others exist, but those are my favorites, so that's all I'm mentioning :)
