Summary: I have recently purchased a VM for the K1000/K2000 and did not recieve software to install. The OVF Link is in the Welcome to KACE email that was sent out. Depending on who purchased the software the e-mail was sent to that person. We realize that in the scheme of things the purchaser e-mail may not be the one administrating your appliance.
Resolution:
Contact your sales represtative and have them e-mail the Welcome to Kace E-Mail. The hard copy that is sent will not have the link. Do not contact Dell KACE Technical Support as we do not have the specifics or links to your purchase. Ask your sales representative to E-Mail you the Welcome to KACE E-Mail which will have your proper link.
