A public Knowledge-base for end users.

I am looking to divide the knowledge-base in Kace for a Public (end user education) side and a Private (IT and best practices) side. I am in the beginning of learning Kace and was given this project. The public side needs to not require a log in to view it. Is this even possible?

No, uses will need to log in to see it. You can, however, assign specific labels to KB articles that will define who gets to see them.

You can turn on SSO so that there isn't a need to log in but that would be across the board for everyone.

As h2opolo25 mentioned, you use labels to hide and show KB articles to people.
