Add a custom link to Help Desk Ticket
Is it possible to add a custom link to a help desk ticket and include the ticket id? (and perhaps e-mail address associated with the ticket)?

I'm new to Kace, so I'm not sure what is possible.

I'm actually talking about adding a link or button on the ticket screen that will open a browser and go to a url.
In this screenshot you will see buttons at the bottom of the ticket. Add Commnet, Save, Add Work, etc.
Is it possible to add a custom button that will just call a link and navigate to a web page?

It may not be possible.
