How to add trusted sites to IE with a script without removing what is there. I am a newbie with KACE.

You can do it with group policy, or perhaps you can download the IE admin kit from Microsoft and set it up that way. - EdT 9 years ago

It says before IE10 but it works for me with IE11 also.
