Is there a way to add a due date when a ticket is either emailed in, or created? We were looking at setting the due date to 3 days after the creation.

[left]You can change ticket attributes using e-mail - to add a date use @due_date : [/left][left] [/left][left]@due_date Enter a date. [/left][left]The date can be in any format. For example, 2/3/2004, next friday or February 3, 2004 [font=tahoma,tahoma][font=tahoma,tahoma][font="times new roman"]. [/left]
