agent 9.1.204 not syncing.
Hi All
i have a computer that the agnet will not show on my console.
I tried re-installing the agent, delete the amp.conf file. Still not connecting.
ran a amptools reset with the host. Says that its connected but doesn't sync... ports are open. ran the agent tool also.
ran the runkbot 4 0
not sure what else to try

The 2 main logs to review for troubleshooting are KAgent.log and konea.log.
Any errors reported?

hi. I checked both files. seems ok . on the kagent.log it says "we are completely uploaded and fine". the host as the proper setting info. the only weird message i have its BAD_MAC_IP= ip of the client. - psaussey 5 years ago
