Andy's KBOX Korner

The KBOX Korner has been removed due to potential conflict of interest with my current full-time employer. Sorry!

Awesome! This will be a great resource. A collection of lessons learned with real world scenarios.

Thanks Andy

I've added links to a few posts I created before the [blog]. I'm planning on posting a new article or two this week. Stay tuned!

I know it's been a few weeks, but I've been slammed lately. I plan on posting a new article in the next week or so.

Don't forget to post ideas if you've got anything that you'd like to know how to do with the KBOX - the more ideas I get, the easier it will be to come up with topics to write articles about.

Thanks everyone!

I've looked through the documentation and in every field of the Help Desk configuration options:

How do I adjust the frequency of ticket email reminders to ticket owners? Specifically, I would like to turn them off over the weekend. I have a feeling this will be really obvious, but I'm just not seeing it. Help out a fella on a Monday morning?

Sorry, Jiddle... I must've missed your post in this thread somehow. However, I see this was a double post from the thread I already helped you out in - HERE.

To everyone: I'm working on a guide to harness/tweak KBOX Scripting. I should have it posted shortly. Please feel free to suggest other ideas for KBOX Korner articles. I'd love to share my knowledge with the kommunity, but I need ideas!

Thanks!

I've never used ManageEngine Desktop Central, so I can't compare the two. This is a double post, as you've already posted this question in another forum. Your post is not relevant to this thread.
