Any reason not to disable Program Compatibility Assistant?

I have an application, Populus 5.4. When I close this app, Windows 7 has Program Compatibility Assistant into action, prompting the user to verify that the program ran correctly.

I found that a regkey blocks this action.

 Is there any reason not to disable it?

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\AppCompat]
"DisablePCA"=dword:00000001

When it prompts PCA window.. there should be a button called "more details".. Have you seen that what is the reason for this prompt...

This may be due to some missing dll/ocx files.. Check it..

You can fix PCA with the help of Application Compatibility toolkit from Microsoft.
