ARCGIS SP3 Remote installation

Has anyone been able to successfully install the ARCGIS 10 SP3 remotely?  The file is a .msp file, and it is a straighforward install that I'd like to do with a push out, otherwise I have to visit over 100 desktops to apply this patch.  So far I have not been able to get a managed install to work.

Here is the command I used to deploy it with our K1000:

msiexec.exe /p ArcGISDesktop10sp3.msp /qb REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=omus

The installation command option was set to configure manually and "Don't prepend msiexec.exe" is checked. I had first installed it on a machine manually and then uploaded the ArcGISDesktop10sp3.msp file to the associated software title. ArcGIS is nice because each service pack level shows up as a separate installed program, so it's easy to have KACE install it as a distribution.

Yes I have did that. I actually created an admin image of the main package and then applied the MSP on it.
This is really a good way to manage this application as it has one too many patches.
Also would like to advise you to handle the long-pathname files, if you want to go for admin install.
