Asset Import Error
Hello,
I am wondering if anyone has had experience with this issue and how they've solved it. If its a known issue, sorry for re-posting.
Scenario:
We have Zero Clients deployed throughout our environment and track them through the Asset Module of our K1000. I went to import a shipment of 60 units we bought last week and ran into this error: "Use 'Select User Key' option to provide mapping Key for User Field".
Now I've gone through the process of figuring out the root cause of this issue. It turns out, if the asset you are importing has any field containing the word User, this message is displayed when trying to preview the import. Is there a work around or do I just need to rename the asset field whenever importing into my assets. I would like to have a field named "User Name". Currently I am using "Assigned To" as a workaround which works fine, but I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced/fixed this.
Thanks,
Eric
