Asset Notification Alert
I have created a field called Lease Expiry date under the Asset Type Computer. I have then updated my Computers with a new Lease Expiry date. I can report on this but want to create an Asset Notification when its 60 Days from Lease Termination Date. Any ideas on how to do this?

Afzal's suggestion should work. You can also setup custom SQL rules to automatically generate help desk tickets, if that is your goal.
