Assets: Licenses for different buildings? Or even departments?

I'm trying to figure out how to create a "License" Asset, but limit the usage to building.  We are a school district, with 10+ buildings. Win 7. K1000.

Our scenario...  We have multiple schools with licenses for Dragon Naturally Speaking. When we just had one school with one lab with one set of licenses, the license asset worked great.  But when a 2nd school gets more licenses, I don't have anywhere to put that information aside from my original entry.  Sure, I could create a new license assert and enter the information there, but it will still show me the list of all machines that have the software installed, and that of course is for the other building too.

There must be a simple solution I'm missing, as I'm sure this is a common problem, even for departments within a same building... But I can't seem to figure out how to tell the K1 to limit the scope of what machines it looks at for the license compliance graphs.

Thanks-
