Hello everyone. I just used assets on KACE. can the barcode be generated automatically from KACE? How to do it

No, a barcode cannot directly created by KACE.
You can use the barcodes the vendors provide or create your own barcode creation toolkit (like the many online ones) and a printer for that.

The Barcode data field is the value used as scannable data for the GO app and our own BarKode app. If what you are saying is that you would like to copy the machine name, if that is a unique number, and also have that exist as the barcode scannable amount then yes, that could be done with a ticket rule.
If what you are asking is for KACE to provide the next free number in a series of numbers as the asset tag, that cannot be done.
What we have found over the years is customers have one of two approaches to rolling out asset management, they have either already distributed labels with the asset tag and the program now needs to associate them in KACE or asset record or they want to stick labels on devices and assets and record the data back in KACE.
The first way is easily done in seconds in our BarKode app but not possible in the GO app, the second way is possible in either.
