Build Gold Image Using SSD Drive
Hi all,
I am looking to build a brand new gold image on a single partition with Windows 7 Professional x64
I want to use a Solid State Drive (Kingston uv400) and wanted to see what issues anyone had had about building the gold image and sysprepping/deploying

No specific issues. I have only seen one error, while involving this specific SSD brand, but I am not sure if it is related at all. The problem was resolved with this KB article:

Make sure the appliance is at version 4.1 or higher.

I usually use VMware to build my Gold Masters. Have you looked into virtual machines? They are perfect because they don't leave driver baggage behind.
