Hello,

I've been put in charge of finding a management software that centralizes projects in a calendar. I recommended to stay with Outlook 2010 because of the calendar ability but was turned down because it would require users to actually send their calendar to people for scheduling, and not over booking.

So my company is wanting a project/calendar management software without the monthly fee and I'm trying to stay away from any extensive installation and setup on our server.

Any suggestions??
