Can I pull an image to a Kace RSA?

I am running Kace K2000 V3.5. I have a RSA and I can push images from the RSA but I do not see an option to pull. Is this possible or do you need to pull the image from the K2000

It is not natively possible but there are DIY solutions.  Check this out:  http://www.itninja.com/blog/view/create-dedicated-kbe-s-to-capture-wim-s-and-store-externally-for-k2000-version-3-5

Also, the way we do it right now is by using GimageX.  You just have to place the files where you'll be able to access the executable from the command prompt of the KBE.

  • FYI, gimagex does not work with Windows 8 - cserrins 11 years ago
    • Yep I found that out the hard way. We don't deploy Windows 8 yet but for testing I ended up making a custom WinPE 4.0 KBE. - nheyne 11 years ago
