Can you disable Duplicate Ticket action in the user portal?

I would like to disable the Duplicate Ticket action in the user portal.  We have some users that are taking closed tickets and duplicating them just so they don't have to fill out the information and the ticket has nothing to do with what the problem is.

  • Unfortunately, I don't believe that's possible without having Quest Product Support customizing it for you. - ondrar 6 years ago
