Chrome wrong version display
I've managed to do a distribution of google chrome. I also managed to let chrome take care of the updates with Group Policy. But in the software inventory it displays the wrong versionnumber of chrome. It shows the enterprise version 11.2.47175 but as we speak the recent version of chrome is 13.0.782.112
How do I let kace show the correct version? If the solution lies in the custom inventory rules does anybody knows how or put me in the good direction?

try to look in here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
search for "Chrome"
Look at the "DisplayVersion" entry, that is what is displayed as the version number.
that is what the software installer have written in the registry, if that is wrong then it sound like it's the installer that have a wrong value
