Comment text changes on K1000 Service Desk response

Here is an odd one.  When someone types something like this for a comment:

Sorry, typing error: the term is "2% 10 / Net 60"

The end user receive this from KACE:

Sorry, typing error: the term is "2/ Net 60"

Notice how the "% 10" is removed.

Kace runs on open BSD and it may not handle that ascii character properly, I would open a ticket to see what there response is.  I have run into limitations with certain acsii characters on both the k1000 and k2000.

Is it because I put it in quotes or something.  Seems like not being able to put in % or other characters would be another glaring flaw.  If I put in %10 I could see it mis-interpreting it as html code.
