Convert custom asset field type from one type to other
Greetings everyone
Have anyone got idea how to solve my problem: right now im trying to convert the output of Custom Field in Asset(Field type: Asset Organization ) ) to Custom Field ( type Text ). I just need to redirect the name of the choosen Asset Organization ( just this one field ) like on this image :

You should be able to do this with a simple ticket rule in the Service desk, select the fields you want in the select statement and the set the value of your custom asset field to be the same as the organisation value.
