Dell K1000 - Service Desk - Hide ticketfields

Hello,

is there a way to hide the following ticketfields for user?

- "Attachments: Add Another Attachment"
- "Screenshots: Paste Screenshot"

I have create a queue and I don't want this opinion when someone create a new ticket.

Hello,

I also have the same problem, I decided provisionally creating custom display using a custom rule specific field. It is not totally "safe" but solved my problem.

    I also use custom ticket fields, but this doesn't solved my problem - I don't want that ticketcreator can use this fields. Any ideas? Thanks. - svmay 8 years ago
