Dell K1000 - Userinterface - No device details at "My Computer"
Hello,
I have in the userinterface no device details at "My Computer".
"Device details were not found for IP Address XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX. Please try again later."
Hope someone can help and has a solution for that. Thanks!

That usually indicates that the computer you are logged into the user interface from isn't in the K1000 inventory.

Yeah, that was my first thought too - but in the Kace the PC is displayed in the inventorylist. - svmay 8 years ago-

At the startpage from the userinterface (after logged in) - is the OS displayed on the right side (on the top of the site) - here its windows NT instead of windows 10 ? I'm a little bit confused... - svmay 8 years ago -

This is due to the way the current page pulls the IP address from the requesting page.
This is normally because of a NAT affecting the IP address that is pulled by the browser.
This can, in some environments, lead to this page not displaying any information.
