Dell system inventory report failed

Quite a few or our machines have failed the inventory report collection recently.  The inventory xml appears to have been uploaded, but not processed, or maybe it is an older copy.  As such, the catalog comparison report is not populated.  I am unable to find more detailed logs of what may be happening.  If someone could point me ina  direction, I would appreciate it.

  • I ran the inventory collector manually and received the following output:
