Deploying KACE agent through provisioning for the first time
I noticed in KACE you can keep track of all computers on a network, I am trying to deploy the KACE agent to the computers on my network which are a mix of Windows, Mac, and Linux (Ubuntu only). I know some computers have the agent installed already and some do not, when I go to create a provisioning schedule, I use an IP range to install the agent on each device but I keep getting the same three errors of:
Mac: NT_STATUS_CONNECTION_REFUSED
Windows: AMP Connection not detected
Linux: K1000 agent failed to make an AMP connection.
Is there a possible way to deploy the KACE agent to each of the operating systems? I want all the computers on the network to have the agent installed so we can keep a better tab on them.

Hello,
Note that there are some requirements to install the agent using provisioning.
For Mac and Linux you need to have the ssh server service up un running and provide the root credentials.
For Windows the computer need to be able to accept RPC calls so generally it needs to have the file sharing turned on and the simple file sharing turned off and the UAC disabled as well.
If you want to avoid to comply with all these requirements for Windows devices you can use the K1000 GPO Provisioning Tool but the Windows devices need to be under a domain.
Kind regards,
