Desktop Authority - AD Custom Function
I'm trying to setup a DA configuration to use info from AD to validate the script, but I'm not getting the results I expected.
How can I get DA's Custom Function to validate on an AD field if the field is populated. Right now, we are using the following ("adMobile" > "0") to validate, but I'd rather try to set it up so that I can have it validate to whether the value is null/not null - or present/not present. What function would DA work with to make that happen?
Any help is appreciated!

Use the F2 key to the stored dynamic variables to see.

That doesn't answer shows how to get to AD validation, but doesn't demonstrate how to validate a non-value with AD...but the answer is that DA can't validate against a non-valued paramter - ie validate against an AD property that is present/not present or null/not null. It simply can't do it - according to DA tech support. - ninny1176 11 years ago
