DISK PARTITION FULL NOTIFICATION

Dear All,

We possess a KACE SMA Virtual appliance, and I have recently been notified of a disk partition reaching its full capacity, as demonstrated in the accompanying image. Nevertheless, I find myself perplexed as the hard disk that has been allocated to the appliance indicates free space. This discrepancy raises the question of whether it is necessary to execute specific commands in order to allocate additional storage. I kindly request your guidance and would appreciate hearing from anyone who has encountered a comparable issue.

open a case with Support.

And while one partition (you checked) may be nearly empty this is not the case with all partitions.
(if you have a 250GB C-Partition and 750GB D-Partition and put everything on C you may have 1GB free on C and 745GB on D and anyone is wondering, becaue D is really empty, why you are mentioning, the partition is full)
What version of the SMA do you use?
Prepare the case by opening a tether (Settings | Support | Tether) and adding the following:
Settings | Support |Run Diagnostic Utilities -> top and SMA configuration Report.

I will open ticket with support, I am using the latest version 13.1.73. could you please let me know how can i check all the partition. Thanks

Comments:
  • under Settings| Control Panel | Security Settings enable Munin access
    then go to https://sma/munin
(you should use SSL since this is an important security feature)
Under disk you can see how filled the partitions are.

Also please be advised, that you urgently should update to 13.1.74 (but not before the partition full issue is solved!) - Nico_K 1 year ago
