Does anyone know of a way to launch Desktop Authority backend support from the computer inventory or ticket system in KACE? Similar to the RDP, UVNC options.

Have both KACE 1000 and Desktop Authority. Would like to use both with jumping out of one and into the other.

You can integrate Desktop Authority backend support with KACE by using custom scripts or commands in KACE's ticketing system. Set up a script to launch Desktop Authority tools, similar to how RDP or UVNC is configured. Check KACE's admin guide or forums for script examples tailored to your setup.

We use both, and have a machine action set up that opens the Desktop Authority Expert Assist. The command that worked for us is: iexplore.exe https://KACE_HOST_NAME:2000
