Does anyone know of a way to launch Desktop Authority backend support from the computer inventory or ticket system in KACE? Similar to the RDP, UVNC options.
Have both KACE 1000 and Desktop Authority. Would like to use both with jumping out of one and into the other.

Can't you set up a machine action to call the URL of the DA console, or add a link field into your service desk tickets to do the same? - Hobbsy 8 years ago

We use both, and have a machine action set up that opens the Desktop Authority Expert Assist. The command that worked for us is: iexplore.exe https://KACE_HOST_NAME:2000
