the driver_feed_discovery_tool.vbs is here:
\\<your_k2000_box>\drivers_postinstall\feed_tools\driver_feed_discovery_tool.vbs
If you are looking for the tool to extrapolate the device drivers from the OS of a physical machine you need the Driver Feed Builder that you can find here: https://support.software.dell.com/download-install-detail/6061703
