Error ( Agent Disconnected ) during patching - KACE SMA

TLDR: Patching Windows servers that are running in VMWare. Patch jobs are set for Detect and Deploy, and all is well until we get to a patch that requires a reboot. The server installs the patch fine, and reboots as it should. The Patch job on the K1000 shows an error for that server now saying "Error ( Agent Disconnected )... however..the server comes back from the reboot and continues the patch job just fine. You can go in after the job is done, and you can see all patches deployed successfully and they show up as installed once inventory runs. What are we doing wrong to create that error message that is skewing our reporting?

there is nothing wrong.
This "error" is how it works.
It shows, that the agent connection is interrupted (well, you reboot the system ...)
But due to your settings the d+d is resumed so it works a you want and (likely) need.
