Error no :1053. service does not respont to start or control the request in the timely fashion.
The application name IMage now desktop client. It has one service to start. in source its start automatically but in thinapp it was not starting if we try to start. it throw the error like Error no :1053. service does not respont to start or control the request in the timely fashion. can you please help to resolve this issue.

check to see who the service starts as and is that user allowed the same functions in terminial authentication as with direct authentication. also see what dependencies the service has
